Question 1

What kinds of service appointments can Crewyard handle?

Accepted Answer

The current booking flow accepts residential HVAC, plumbing, drain, and roofing requests. Crewyard is a 24/7 AI back office for small service shops, with booking, dispatch, quotes, invoice follow-up, and review replies available according to plan.

Question 2

How does appointment scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a service and share a preferred time window in the booking form. Crewyard’s booking agent follows up by text with two appointment times; once you choose one, the appointment is locked in.

Question 3

Can I send a booking request after hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The booking agent is designed to answer requests 24/7. For same-night emergencies, the current booking page says Mara will text within the hour.

Question 4

What does a Crewyard plan cost?

Accepted Answer

Crewyard uses a flat monthly fee based on truck count, with no per-message metering: Solo for one truck is $149 per month, Crew for two to three trucks is $399 per month, and Fleet for four to five trucks is $999 per month. See the Pricing page for annual billing and the terms shown for your selected plan.

Question 5

How do I pay for a home-service visit?

Accepted Answer

The service shop sets the price, due date, and accepted payment methods for its work. Crewyard helps shops send Stripe invoices and follow-up reminders; use the payment instructions on your invoice or contact the shop that is doing the work.

Question 6

Can Crewyard help my shop reply to online reviews?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Crew and Fleet plans include review replies for new Google and Yelp reviews. Crewyard prepares on-brand drafts in the dashboard, where a shop owner can review and approve a reply for Nova to post.
